Aspartame is an extreme toxin to the body and is linked to high blood pressure, Type 2 diabetes and heart disease. There are over 90 different health conditions affected by aspartame such as declining vision, seizures, anxiety and depression. As bad as sugar is, Aspartame is noted as being far worse. Drink fresh pressed fruit or vegetable juices and teas with natural sweetener like stevia or honey which add sweetness and micronutrients.
